This property consists of approximately ten acres at the east side of the Interstate Five Exit 163 at Curtin, Oregon, about thirty miles south of Eugene. The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) reports that every day some 25,000 vehicles traveling Interstate Five are exposed to this property immediately next to the highway. The property is in three tax parcels and is located in a favorable commercial location. Fronting the county road there are two tax parcels and a portion of the third comprising 1.75 acres, more or less, which are flat, highly visible, zoned Rural Community Commercial (CRC) and the first property off Interstate Five.
